Clients may nominate selected trades; however, critical construction works are typically delivered by TrinityCon’s trusted network of subcontractors. You provide the approved plans, specifications, and budget, and TrinityCon manages the construction process from commencement through to handover. Where required, we can also assist with trade and consultant selection, procurement strategies, and cost-effective construction solutions, acting as a trusted guide throughout the project from the initial planning stages through to completion.
Under this model, project costs such as subcontractors, materials, consultants, approvals, and permits are paid directly by the client, providing complete transparency throughout the build.
